Grand Launching of Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan (BIDA) Program
On November 26, 2022 at about 6:00 AM, Police Regional Office 10 under the leadership of PBGEN LAWRENCE B COOP, Regional Director through the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division joined the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) 10 in the grand launching of Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan (BIDA) Program held at the Xavier Ateneo Sports Centre, Cagayan de Oro City.
The said activity was participated by the personnel of PNP and agencies under DILG from Regions 9, 10 and 13 and was carried out in strict compliance with necessary health and safety protocols to avoid the spread of COVID-19 and other diseases.

A total of 174 newly appointed Patrolman/Patrolwoman for CY 2022 1st Cycle Attrition Quota took oath at the New Grandstand, RHQ, Camp 1Lt Vicente G Alagar, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City on October 13, 2022.
PBGEN LAWRENCE B COOP, Regional Director, PRO10 administered the Oath-taking and Turned Over Ceremony to the newly police officers which composed of 40 females and 134 males.
