PBGEN ACORDA Graces the Opening and Send-Off Ceremony of BISOC
Police Regional Office 10- PGEN BENJAMIN ACORDA JR graced the Opening Ceremony of BISOC Batches 9, 10 and 11 2021R10 and the Send-Off Ceremony BISOC Class 30-2021R10 as the Guest of Honor and Speaker at the Regional Special Training Unit 10, Damilag, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon on February 22, 2022.
Arrival Honors was accorded to our Regional Director at the RSTU 10 Entrance and a program was also held at the Holy Ground inside the training camp.
PRO 10 Launches S.A.F.E NLE 2022 “KASIMBAYANAN”
PBGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA JR, Regional Director, spearheaded the launching of Secure, Accurate Free and Fair National and Local Election (SAFE NLE) 2022 dubbed as “KASIMBAYANAN” or “Kawani, Simbahan at Pamayanan”, together with Atty. Francisco Pobe, Regional Election Director of COMELEC 10, BGEN WILBUR MAMAWAG, Commander of 4th Infantry Division, Philippine Army, ably represented by COL JOEL PALOMA, Assistant Division Commander for Operations, 4th ID, Fr. Saturnino Lumba, SSJV, Head Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting, and other Agencies, Religious Leaders and Advocacy Groups in Region 10 at the New Grandstand, Camp 1LT Vicente Alagar, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City on February 9, 2022.
Bodega sa Grasya Donates Medical Supplies to PRO 10
PBGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA JR, Regional Director, received hospital beds and medical supplies from Bodega sa Grasya during the Turn-over Ceremony held at Covered Court, Camp 1Lt Vicente Alagar, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City on February 3, 2022.
A total of 29 units of hospital beds and various medical supplies were donated by Bodega sa Grasya in partnership with Touch Lives Foundation headed by Dr. Elena Rañeses. All of these were being funded by the help of Filipinos in Canada with the intention to help fellow Filipinos who are in need of medical assistance.
PRO 10 Joins THE Simultaneous 31st PNP Foundation Day
PBGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA JR, Regional Director, spearheaded the holding of simultaneous 31st PNP Foundation Day at Camp 1LT Vicente Alagar, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City on January 31, 2022.
This said ceremony was a celebration of PNP’s founding anniversary in commemoration of the forerunner organizations namely the Philippine Constabulary and the Integrated National Police and the official inauguration of Philippine National Police upon the enactment of Republic Act 6975 known as the DILG Reorganization Act.
In the said activity, a total of 29 unit Patrol Jeep 4x2 Single Cabs were also turned over to the different Municipal Police Stations/Police stations in the region.
PBGEN ACORDA said “let’s take this time to give thanks and to celebrate all the hard work of all men and the notable accomplishments for the past few months. Congratulations sa ating lahat and let’s sustain this momentum. I repeat, let’s sustain the momentum… the collaborative effort that we have as an organization with the strong partnership with the stakeholders. Pangalagaan natin yan.”
For more than 30 years, the steadfast dedication of the brave men and women of Police Regional Office 10 had truly expounded its ability to provide service amidst the ever evolving society. With the help of our Regional Director, PRO 10 will move continue the legacy. ###
