May 18, 2018, PCSUPT TIMOTEO GASCON PACLEB, RD, PRO 10 conducted blessings and turn-over ceremony of the newly issued 12 units Patrol Jeep Single Cab 4x2 (Toyota Hilux) and one Toyota Innova from the Directorate of Logistics, National Headquarters, Camp Crame, Quezon City.

PRO 10 ALL SET FOR OPENING OF CLASSES
Police Regional Office 10 under the leadership of PCSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Regional Director revealed that guidelines were already established in accordance with “IMPLAN LIGTAS BALIK ESKWELA 2018” which will formally open on June 4, 2018.
PRO 10 in close coordination with DepEd and other national and local government agencies is all geared up in ensuring a secured and peaceful opening of classes on June 4. As expected, thousands of students will troop to schools which may be taken advantage by lawless elements to carry out their nefarious activities such as snatching, swindling, robbery as well as bullying and harassment.
PRO 10 Augmented One Company of RPSB for the Joint AFP/PNP Operations in Marawi City
The Police Regional Office 10 under the leadership of PCSUPT AGRIPINO G JAVIER, Regional Director augmented one company of the Regional Public Safety Battalion (RPSB) led by PSUPT NELSON A AGANON, the Acting Battalion Commander of RPSB 10 for the Joint AFP/PNP Operation in Marawi City against the Maute Local Terrorist Group.
PRO 10 personnel were deployed in different areas in Marawi City in joint operations of the AFP and other PNP units on the ground.

The Police Regional Office 10 under the leadership of PCSUPT AGRIPINO G JAVIER, Regional Director adheres to the Rule of Law and the Respect for Human Rights and Dignity in the implementation of Martial Law in Mindanao declared by President Rodrigo R. Duterte.
In the social media, the statement of Human Rights Watch (HRW) Deputy Director for Asia Phelim Kine dated May 26, 2017 said, “That Duterte’s Martial Law threatens to widen the Human Rights Abuses in Mindanao that could rival the murderous ‘Drug War’ in urban areas".
