The said inspection is in line with the program of PDG OSCAR D ALBAYADE, Chief PNP on Internal Discipline (Duty, Tamang Bihis, Addressing Complaints, Getting Rid-Off on Illegal Drugs/Gambling) and assess the readiness of the personnel on firepower Capability, Security Protocol, Communist NPA Terrorist Situation and Other Terrorist Groups in the Boundaries of Bukidnon).

PRO 10 is now implementing its PNP Online Recruitment Application System (PNP ORAS), a web-based and central recruitment application system to fill the eight hundred (800) available slots for Regular Recruitment Program for new batch of Police Recruits in the region. PRO 10 ARRESTED 1,556 PERSONS FOR THE 1ST QUARTER ON INTENSIFIED OPERATIONS AGAINST ALL FORMS OF CRIMINALITIES
PCSUPT TIMOTEO GASCON PACLEB, Regional Director, PRO 10 in line with C, PNPs programs improvement of our police operations and decrease of criminality had directed all Provincial and City Directors to intensify the conduct of police operations against all forms of criminalities. With this, PRO 10 was able to conduct 1,180 operations and 1,556 arrested persons for the period covered from January 1 to March 31, 2018.

NorMin Crime Volume Decreased as Tokhang Relaunched Gains Momentum
Police Regional Office 10 1st Quarter total crime volume showed a drastic decrease of 38.13% compared to the crime statistics recorded in 2016 and 2017.
The crime volume in Northern Mindanao dropped significant as compared to the same period in the last two years. From January to March, it registered 5,714 crimes in 2016 and 5,295 crimes in 2017 compared to the current crime volume drops of 3,276, it decreased by 38.13%.
