PBGEN JAYSEN C DE GUZMAN, Regional Director, PRO10 emphasized the significance of the PNP Ethical Doctrine as the foundation of moral values, discipline, and professionalism among police officers. He reminded everyone of the constitutional principle that "public office is a public trust," which calls for self-sacrifice, restraint, and an unwavering commitment to the greater good.
“There is no greater reward for us, as public servants, than the self-respect and dignity that come from serving with honor. Our mission is not about individual accomplishments but about collectively building a police institution that earns the trust and respect of the public we serve,” he said.
He further commended the entire PRO10 team for their unwavering professionalism and dedication to duty, which have strengthened the ranks and fortified public trust in the police force.
“As we face the challenges ahead, let us continue to uphold the values of integrity and accountability, striving to fulfill our mission with honor, discipline, and compassion,” he added.
The event not only reinforced the commitment of PRO10 personnel to ethical and accountable public service but also set a resolute tone for the year ahead in ensuring the safety and peace of Northern Mindanao. ###
