These recruits have passed the recruitment process, such as Body Mass Index (BMI), Physical Agility Test, PPE/PMDE, and Complete Background Investigation.
In his guidance, PBGEN COOP reminded the recruits that their lives and time are now considered government property.
“Ngayong nasa hanay na kayo ng Pambansang Pulisya ng Pilipinas, nais ko lamang ibatid sa inyo na gawin lamang ang mga bagay na naaayon sa ating mandato. We are the role model and we should set a good example to the public with integrity and professionalism.” He said.
RD COOP also added that these recruits must obey the training rules once they are inside the training center.
“Ingatan lang nila ang kanilang mga sarili because they will be exposed sa mga physical exercises and at the same time, they must excel. We have now an additional manpower to replace those police officers who are retired, dismissed and died. So we are expecting that they will be contributing in the accomplishments of the mission of region 10.”
These 174 recruits will receive allowances, bonuses, and a basic salary of PhP29,688.00 monthly, similar to the regular police officers holding the same rank.
A Reception Rites was then conducted by RMFB 10 personnel to foretaste the recruits of what a regimental life that lies ahead in the training center. ###
