The accused Dr. Joel Mendez is a 60 years old, Single, Cosmetic Surgeon, resident of No. 3 Pugo St. Villilia Village, Brgy Talipapa, Novaliches, Quezon City. He is an owner of Skinology Spa and Wellness Center.

Mendez was informed of his rights and was temporarily detained at Maharlika detention cell and thereafter to be travelled to the Regional Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region for the return of Warrant of Arrest.

Mendez was previously arrested of WOA on attempted rape and 2 counts of rape last July 12, 2018 in Mandaluyong City and post bail for his temporary liberty for molesting a 17 years old girl and a Model of the Mendez Medical Group inside his clinic on 2015.
“We will never stop until all wanted person will be arrested and put them behind bars since it is our mandate to enforce the law, ensure the safety of other people that may be possible victim if they will not be arrested and give justice to the victim.” PBGen Anduyan said.
PBGen Anduyan also lauded the efforts of the operating unit for a job well done in the implementation of LOI Manhunt Charlie and to continue its unwavering efforts to eradicate all forms of crimes in the region.
