The new police officers have taken their oath of office as new members of the PNP with the rank of Patrolman/Patrolwoman in temporary status. They will receive a basic salary of Php 29,688.00 each, aside from allowances and other non-cash benefits, similar to the regular police officer holding the same rank. They will be turned-over to the Regional Training Center 10 for the Public Safety Basic Recruit Course wherein 170 are patrolmen and 30 are patrolwomen which form part of PRO 10 Regular Recruitment Program quota for CY 2020 out from 600 who applied from the beginning.

PBGen Rolando B Anduyan, gives special recognition to the parents, love ones and relatives who are not physically witness this momentous event due to the threat of COVID-19 for their full support and guidance to the young men and women in pursuing their calling to serve and protect the people of Northern Mindanao and the entire nation.

The trainees will undergo academic training, Internal Security Operations and defense tactics for six months. Upon completing their 6-month training in Public Safety Basic Recruit Course, they will further undergo 6-month Field Training Program in the different provincial/city police offices in PRO 10 as part of their community immersion which will qualify them for permanency.###
