In his message, Dir Agabe emphasized the importance of effective police community relations between the public to win their hearts and mind. He added that police officers are expected to protect the community, ensure their safety, enforce the law and maintain peace and order through effective police community relations. The PNP also has a significant role with the marching order of President Duterte and operationalizing Executive Order 70 or the “Whole-of-Nation Approach” in ending the 50-year long insurgency problem in the country. Moreover, PRO 10 gives logistical support to Regional Community Affairs Development Division and its branches from Provincial Police Office and City Police Office which includes the distribution of Desktop Computer and accessories, Laptop, Projector, DLR Camera and mobile phone from the fund raising conducted by COCPO. ###
