Speaking before a gathering of newly elected village officials at Limketkai Atrium in Cagayan de Oro City, Duterte congratulated the police for the recent accomplishment of Police Regional Office 10.

            The police operation was a follow up anti-illegal drugs operation in Ozamiz City.

            Eight persons were arrested during the police operation including the brother of incumbent Ozamis City Mayor Irene Luansing and some 4 kilos of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride or “Shabu” were seized. “In compliance with the President Duterte’s marching order, there will be no let up on our operation against illegal drugs.” Normin PNP Regional Director PCSUPT Timoteo G Pacleb said. “We will continue until we have cleared the whole region of this drug problem.” He added. ###
