The said caravan aims to bring the Philippine National Police frontline services to the people of Cagayan de Oro City and nearby provinces in order to cater their complaints, queries, issues and concerns and other services.

          It is a pilot testing area to have a one-stop-shop PNP services that will cater the issues and concerns of the community particularly on: Motor Vehicle Clearance and Verification; Processing of License to Own and Posses Firearms (LTOPF); Supervisory Office of the Security and Investigation (SOSIA) concerns; Women’s and Children’s concerns; Human Rights concerns; Free Legal Advice; Cyber Crime Complaints; PNP Recruitment; and PNP Retirement Benefits issues and concerns. It also includes the launching of the Police Quick Response Action Center, Coalition of Force Multipliers and Advocacy Support as well as information dissemination.

          PCSUPT PACLEB, encouraged the citizens to avail themselves of these services of the PNP to solve issues and concerns of communities.
