PCSUPT TIMOTEO GASCON PACLEB, former Director of Intelligence Group based in National Headquarters, Camp Crame, assumed his post as the Acting Regional Director of Police Regional Office 10 during the change of Command Ceremony held at Regional Headquarters Grandstand, Camp Vicente G Alagar, Lapasan Cagayan de Oro City on June 22, 2017 at 9:00 A.M. He hails from Cordillera region and a member of PMA class 1986.
On June 15, 2017 at about 7:00 a.m. at Sta. Cruz, Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City, Joint effort of composite team of Martial Law Special Action Group (ML SAG) from PRO 10 - RID, RIU, NISU-10, ISU-10, 4ID PA, Armed Forces of the Philippines, NICA, COCPO-CIU, CPSC SWAT and Police Station 9 conducted police/military operation based on information from a concerned citizen about his whereabouts particularly his rented room in a house allegedly owned by Abolais Dimaporo which resulted to the arrest of one MOHAMMAD NOAIM MAUTE aka ABU JADID aka ALMAHID PANGOMPIG ROMATO, by virtue of Arrest Order No. 1 issued by the Department of National Defense (DND) dated May 29, 2017 and signed by the Martial Law Administrator, Secretary Delfin N. Lorrenzana for Violation of Article 134 for Rebellion under the Revised Penal Code.
The Police Regional Office 10 under the leadership of PCSUPT AGRIPINO G JAVIER, Regional Director revealed that guidelines were already established in accordance with “IMPLAN LIGTAS BALIK ESKWELA 2017” which will formally open on June 5, 2017.
PRO 10 in close coordination with DepEd and other national and local government agencies is all geared up in ensuring a secured and peaceful opening of classes on June 5. As expected, thousands of students will troop to schools which may be taken advantage by lawless elements to carry out their nefarious activities such as snatching, swindling, robbery as well as bullying and harassment.
