Human Rights-Based Policing Seminar for June CY 2015

To better respond to the challenge of police service and advancement in the promotion and protection of human rights, the Human Rights Affairs Office (HRAO) successfully conducted a two-days Human Rights-Based Policing Seminar to Forty (40) participants last June 25-26, 2015 held at Iligan City Police Office, Camp Tomas L Cabili, Tipanoy, Iligan City City. The training aimed to enhance the competency of PNP personnel in PRO 10 on matters relating to HR issues and concerns and is expected to respond positively in our community. This is in response to the project under the PNP Human Rights Development Program with the interminable support and cooperation from Human Rights Affairs Office, Camp Crame, Quezon City.

Simultaneous PRO and PPOs/CPOs -DIMTG Disaster Preparedness Audit

PNP personnel from Police Regional Office 10 and NSUs led by PSSUPT GERARDO MANUBAY ROSALES, OIC RCDS/Chief, ROPD and Deputy Incident Commander of PRO 10-DIMTG under the supervision of PCSUPT LYDEL ALPUERTO DESQUITADO, OIC, PRO 10 conducted a  simultaneous Disaster  Preparedness Audit to the task groups and sub task groups of said DIMTG on 280630H May 2015.

Said activity started with a short program followed by the audit of all available SAR equipment and vehicles of PRO 10 by PSSUPT GERARDO MANUBAY ROSALES, RLRDD personnel and PSSUPT EDGAR MENCION DANIEL JR., Chief, RPCRD.

PRO10 ready for Balik Eskwela 2015

Police Regional Office 10 under the leadership of PCSUPT LYNDEL A DESQUITADO, Officer-in-Charge is ready for the opening of classes which will officially begin on June 1, 2015 and is working closely with the DepEd and other local government agencies to ensure a peaceful and orderly school opening.

PNP personnel of PRO10 participated the Brigada Eskwela 2015, with the theme: “Tayo Para sa Kalinisan at Kahandaan ng Ating Paaralan” by cleaning the school surroundings, repairing and repainting school buildings to create a cleaner, safer, and livelier environment conducive to learning.
