On November 16, 2015, Police Regional Office 10 launched Higalang Pulis Mascots and Project PRO 10 TRAVEL: (Trustworthy, Respectable, Approachable, Visible Enforcers of the Law) during the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at Camp Alagar, Lapasan Cagayan de Oro City. The Mascots were presented by respective Provincial/City Director and Battalion Commander, RPSB 10 with guest of honor and speaker Dir. Ramon M Rañeses, Regional Director, NAPOLCOM 10. Director Rañeses expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the realization and institutionalization of OPLAN 06/2015 Higalang Pulis wherein the concept of operation shall focus on TRAVEL with the objectives aligned with PRO 10 Scorecard.

Two hundred nineteen (219) new police recruits of which thirty three (33) females were added in Police Regional Office 10 today as PCSUPT LYNDEL A DESQUITADO, Regional Director administered their oath taking at RHQ Grandstand, Camp Alagar, Lapasan, CDOC. These new police recruits are part of the 2nd cycle qualified applicants for 2015 quota and have passed the PNP Regional Screening Committee.
Criminal Investigation Course (CIC) Class 370-2015 was formallly opened on September 15, 2015 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning at the PRO-10 Multi-Purpose Hall, Camp Vicente Alagar, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City. The ceremony was graced by the presence of PSSUPT GERARDO M ROSALES, Regional Chief Directorial Staff as Guest of Honor and Speaker, the Training Staff headed by PSUPT MARILOU V TAMBIS, Deputy, RIDMD and fifty-five (55) participants from different units/offices of this PRO.
