Visit of PRESIDENT RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE

President RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE and party visited PRO 10 and accorded Foyer Honors with PCSUPT NOEL G CONSTANTINO, Acting Regional Director, which was held on September 22, 2016 at about 3:48 PM, at the RHQ Covered Court, Camp 1Lt Vicente G Alagar, Cagayan de Oro City. 

Afterwhich, a command conference was conducted and presided by the President with PDIR RAMON C APOLINARIO, TACDS, PCSUPT ENRIQUE T VELASQUEZ, Deputy DPCR, MGEN BENJAMIN MADRIGAL, CG, 4ID, PA, PRO 10 Command Group, Directorial Staff, PDs/CDs and RCs, NSUs.  PCSUPT CONSTANTINO briefed the President on Project Double Barrel Accomplishments: Results of Operations, and Internal Cleansing; Actions Taken on the “State of Lawlessness Violence”, Issues and Concerns and his Recommendations.

The activity was highlighted by the giving of awards to the deserving units and individuals for exemplary performance in the campaign against illegal drugs in the region:

Finally, President RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE delivered inspirational message before the men and women of PRO 10 and encouraged them to sustain the efforts in fighting illegal drugs. The activity ended successfully at about 5:40 PM of same date.

The President and his entourage then proceeded to Capitol University Medical Center (CUMC) Hospital and visited SPO1 Ronald Chong Eugenio, who was wounded during the drug operation at Opol, Misamis Oriental.
